Zero 5 offers three tiers of church safety team consulting:

Brand New Ministry

This tier is for churches wanting to build a brand new safety ministry.  Zero 5, in conjunction with church leadership will develop a team organization including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), volunteer vetting process, church-wide emergency procedures, active attack response plan, training program, recommendations for building security build-up, and documentation practices to keep your church insurance happy and your team in line with Texas state law.  

Existing Ministry Audit

This tier is for churches that have an existing safety ministry, but want to improve or reorganize it.  Zero 5 will assess your ministry’s organization, training, and procedures to identify strengths and areas that need improvement.

Training Assessment and Audit

This tier is for churches that have an existing, organized safety ministry and wish to have their team’s level of training tested and assessed.  Zero 5 will conduct assessment exercises for the team and identify areas that need improvement, procedures that need adjustment, and provide recommendations for possible additional training needs.
